How Voting Works
-
Board elections are held at the Annual Meeting during the Awards Banquet each season.
-
Each parent or guardian has one vote (both may vote if both are members).
-
No proxy votes are accepted; members must be present.
-
A simple majority decides each election (with 35% of members required for a quorum).
-
A Google Form ballot will be sent out prior to the Awards Banquet to collect votes for new Board Members.
