Congratulations on a Great 2025 Season
As the pool lights dim on another fantastic season, we want to take a moment to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and team spirit displayed by every swimmer, parent, and volunteer! We had 144 Personal Bests at the Battlefield Championship meet and our 9-10 Girls (Gabriella Silva, Gemma Layton, Kenadee Schumann, & Alina Pighini)
took first place in the 100 Free Relay! Way to go Girls! We also had some great community events from our Fun Fridays, to our family Float Night, none of which would have been possible without our amazing volunteers and sponsors!

A huge THANK YOU goes out to the local businesses and families who generously sponsored Curtis Park Swim Team for the 2025 season. Your support is vital and allows us to keep registration fees manageable, purchase new equipment, and host great team events. Please support these community leaders!
Looking Ahead to 2026: Important Dates & Planning
While we enjoy the off-season, the work to make 2026 even better is already beginning!
Board Planning Session: Our volunteer Board of Directors will be meeting in January 2026 to review the past season, discuss by-laws, and begin the initial planning for the upcoming year. If you have high-level feedback or ideas, please submit them to secretary@curtisparkswim.org before the end of December!
Registration Information: We anticipate opening registration for the 2026 season in March or April 2026. Keep an eye on your email and the team website for official opening dates!
Team Scheduling: We are waiting for the Rappahannock Swim League to release the official 2026 meet schedule. We will update the team website and social media channels (Facebook/Instagram) immediately once that information is provided.
Coaching Staff Opportunities
We are excited to build an amazing coaching staff for 2026! We are officially beginning the search for our leadership team:
Head Coach Search: We will be actively looking to hire our Head Coach starting in January 2026.
Full Staff Hiring: The remaining full coaching staff positions will be posted and hired between April and May 2026.
