All Practices take place at the Mark Lenzi Pool at Curtis Park in Stafford. Bring your suit, goggles, towel, and your best Seahawk spirit!

General Info

The Mark Lenzi Pool opens to the public Memorial Day Weekend, and practices begin the Monday after Stafford County Schools release for the Summer. This means practice will start Monday morning on June 1, 2026

Your swimmer doesn’t have to attend every practice, but remember, the more time in the pool, the stronger and faster they’ll swim!

Parents are not allowed on the pool deck during practice.

Need to chat with a coach or board member? Please email us at info@curtisparkswim.org.

If your swimmer isn’t feeling well, please keep them home to rest and recover.
